Tony Kettle of RMJM and artist Karen Forbes have revealed designs for the Moscow City Palace Tower.
The building, a twisting 46-storey tower that is due for completion in the summer 2011, represents one of the first projects to be co-designed from conception by both an architect and an artist.
Kettle and Forbes have also released a book called City Palace, Moscow, which details the evolution of the project so far.
The project will help continue the development of the 'Moscow City', a major initiative by the Russian capital to create a central business district on a former industrial zone, 6km from the Kremlin.
