The tale of two Localism Guides

Everybody wants to know what the impact of the government’s localism agenda will really be. Here are two, very different, explanatory guides

North West-based architecture and built environment centre Places Matter has just published this booklet, Localism: The Essential Guide 2011 (see attached). It is a concise 8-page document, with flow charts and top tips taken from a series of workshops run by the organistation earlier this year.

Delivering Growth Through Localism. The 234-page document covers everything from summarising the new policy landscape to public consultation.
