Sheppard Robson's Heart of Slough takes step forward

Slough Borough Council has granted outline planning consent for two office buildings designed by Sheppard Robson

The consent, provided for the two Development Securities’ buildings totalling 27,000m2, will form part of the £400 million ‘The Heart of Slough’ scheme.

A new BBLUR-designed bus station for the Berkshire town - the star of the BBC show The Office - has also been approved and will be delivered by the borough council. Demolition of the current bus station will start later this year with construction work starting on the new station early 2010.
