Replica of Bennetts' RSC theatre arrives in US

The Royal Shakespeare Company (RSC) has built a replica of Bennetts Associates and Charcoalblue’s Stratford Upon Avon theatre inside an arts venue in New York

The reproduction of the RIBA-award winning building’s thrust stage auditorium was shipped across to the famous Park Avenue Armory in 46 shipping containers and built in just three weeks.

The stage will be used by the RSC as part of this summer’s Lincoln Center Festival, presented by Lincoln Center Festival and Park Avenue Armory.
