Reid Jubb Brown wins groundbreaking PPS7 approval

Reid Jubb Brown Architecture has won the first planning permission without an appeal for a scheme under the PPS7 ‘contemporary country house’ clause

The Lake House, Ghyllheugh, Northumberland, is only the fifteenth to have been approved since the clause was saved in 2004.
