pH+ wins approval for Muswell Hill cerebral palsy scheme

Haringey Council has approved plans by pH+ for this £13million scheme featuring a new, larger home for the London Centre for Children with Cerebral Palsy (LCCCP) and 28 residential units

The project in Muswell Hill will allow the LCCCP, which is currently housed behind the former Green Man pub, to double the number of children attending the school.

Backed by Scarsec Developments, a joint venture between SAS Investments and Clovelly House, the scheme includes six family houses and 22 flats.

The former pub will be refurbished and extended on to the site of the neighbouring night club, which will be demolished.
