PCKO bags planning for 111-home project at Wembley Park

PCKO Architects has won planning consent for a 111-home development in Wembley Park, London

The project features four apartment blocks and two semi-detached houses and will be built in Brook Avenue on the site of a former car park.

All flats not at ground floor level will have access to a balcony, and 130 cycle parking spaces will be provided on the ground floor of the apartment blocks.

Andrew Ogorzalek, director of PCKO Architects, said: ‘The development takes the form of a series of apartment blocks that will create an interesting variety to the façade when seen from passing trains.’
