Must see: BCO launches Capital Recovery conference

The British Council for Offices (BCO) has launched its flagship annual conference this year on the theme of capital recovery in London

The leading industry event features seminars, debates and keynote speeches with industry figures including: Simon Milton; Stuart Fraser; Francis Salway, CEO of Land Securities; Chris Grigg CEO of British Land; Simon Jenkins and Howard Davies.

Highlights of the event are: Francis Salway going head to head with Chris Grigg and an exclusive Olympic Park tour with Huw Edwards of the Olympic Delivery Committee.

Gerald Kaye, BCO president, is set to explain why developers need to put more of their own equity into developments due to an increasingly conservative banking culture and why he thinks section 106 agreements will not be viable in the future.

The showcase event runs from 26 to 28 May at the Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre and Guildhall.
