Minster School bags RIBA Sorrell Foundation Schools Award

Minster School in Southwell, Nottinghamshire by Penoyre & Prasad has landed this year’s RIBA Sorrell Foundation Schools Award

The £5,000 prize was presented to the architects of the best RIBA award-winning school - primary or secondary - with the aim of raising the standards of design in all new school building.

The school beat three other projects, including:

  • The Minster School, Penoyre & Prasad
  • St Mary Magdalene Academy, Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios
  • Falmouth School Design and Technology Studio, Urban Salon
