Make wins go-ahead for London resi-scheme

Make has been granted planning permission for this eight-floor residential scheme in Victoria, London

The refurbishment and extension to a 1980s office building at 4-16 Artillery Row, which features a prominent glazed clock set within its prow, has been drawn up for client LBS Properties.

According to the practice the building’s form and details reference the ‘handsome proportions and forms of the adjacent Victorian warehouse district within the Westminster Cathedral Conservation Area.’

Make worked with planning consultants Turley Associates on the project which is due to will start on site this summer.
