Plans for a Maccreanor Lavington-designed scheme in South London have been submitted to the London Borough of Southwark

The 46,000m² mixed-use project at the southern end of Blackfriars Road features a 27-storey tower and includes both private and affordable homes.

The scheme, being developed by Barratt London, also includes a small business cluster, shops, restaurants and cafes, and improvements to the public realm.
