[FIRST LOOK] These are the latest pictures of Jean Nouvel’s One New Change mixed-use shopping centre in The City, London which is nearing completion

The Land Securities-backed scheme, which is on target to complete in October, features 31,000m² of office space, a roof garden and 20,000 m² of retail.

The scheme is the first major project in the UK by French architect Nouvel.

His completed scheme for this year’s Serpentine pavilion at Kensington gardens will be revealed on Tuesday next week.
