House at Hamm Court, Weybridge by Ben Adams Architects

[FIRST LOOK + PLANS] Ben Adams Architects has won planning permission for this £225,000 family home in Weybridge, Surrey

The two-bedroom cedar-clad house for developer TKEI Homes is raised 2.3m above ground level on concrete piles and is due to complete in summer 2011.

Recently approved by Runnymede Borough Council, the riverside scheme features a non-habitable artist studio at the rear.

The London-based practice is an offshoot of AJ 40 Under 40 star outfit Nissen Adams, which split into Pippa Nissen Studio and Ben Adams Architects earlier this year.
