Hopkins wins planning for £250m Fulham housing scheme

Hopkins has won planning permission for this 242 home scheme next to Wandsworth Bridge, London

Replacing the current Hurlingham Retail Park, the £250million riverside project is backed by property developer Londonewcastle and investment company Royal London Asset Management.

The 46,500m² schemewill improve access to the river and include 3,500m² of shops and leisure uses.

David Barnett, chief executive of Londonewcastle said: ‘This is a significant scheme and gives us the opportunity to create a new destination riverside address which will feature a spectacular elevated resident’s garden at its centre and improved public spaces and retail amenities along the revitalised riverside walk.’
