Lord Rogers has called on the government to appoint city architects to ‘assist communities in local planning’ (AJ 02.05.2013) This nostalgic cartoon is from the AJ for 17.08.00 when Rogers himself was appointed official advisor to the GLA by the new London mayor Ken Livingstone to assist communities to build multi-national towers.
