Green light for Squire and Partners’ Piccadilly scheme

[First look] Squire and Partners’ plans for a mixed-use scheme in Piccadilly, London, have been granted planning permission by Westminster City Council

The scheme comprises four buildings and includes a ten-storey residential tower overlooking Green Park, ground-floor retail units and an office building.

Natural materials have been incorporated into the design between the Ritz and Green Park, including Portland Stone facades. Parwick Investments and CORE are behind the project.
