Grafton's Farrell to speak at Women in Architecture awards lunch

Yvonne Farrell, director of Dublin-based Grafton Architects, will speak at the AJ Women in Architecture awards luncheon in March
Grafton Architects won the Silver Lion award at the 2012 Venice Biennale in recognition of its exhibition focusing on Lima, Peru, where the practice has recently won a job to design a new university campus.
Recent Grafton projects include the Civic Trust and RIAI award-winning Department of Finance building in Dublin and the Universita Luigi Bocconi in Milan, for which the practice was awarded the AAI Downes Medal.
Denise Scott Brown, veteran architect and author, will also contribute to the AJ Women in Architecture event via a pre-recorded address.
