Going for 'Fold': Studio Egret West's golden Sidcup scheme finishes

[FIRST LOOK] Studio Egret West’s £20 million housing project in Kent has reached practical completion

Built on the site of the former Athena office building, next to Sidcup station, the 6,500m² mixed-use project includes 98 homes, a restaurant, office and shop.

The housing is divided between one, two and three bedroom apartments, 29 of which will be affordable homes.

The brass and gold coloured copper clad block steps up in height from three-storeys alongside the neighbouring row of terraced shops to a nine storey tower overlooking the station.

As at the recently completed Clapham One, Studio Egret West has completed the project for United House Developments in partnership with the Cathedral Group.
