Frobisher House, Hertfordshire by Duggan Morris

[FIRST LOOK + PLANS] Duggan Morris has completed this £450,000, three-bedroom home in suburban Bushey, Hertfordshire

Set among Victorian terraces, the brick home replaces a listed ‘tin shed’, once the home of the Marguerite Frobisher Arts Studio. The shed has been rebuilt in the grounds of the Bushey Museum. Describing the house as ‘a pavilion’, practice co-founder Joe Morris said: ‘The new house was positioned directly on the footprint of the old arts studio, to ensure that historical associations between the site and its context were not lost.’
