Fletcher Priest scoops planning for Paddington redevelopment
[First look + plans + project data] Fletcher Priest Architects has won planning permission for a £60 million project to redevelop a Royal Mail site in Paddington, west London
Retaining a 1908 façade, the 25,000m² scheme features offices, apartments, shops, restaurants and public realm improvements.
The immediate future of the project is however uncertain with Crossrail in talks about potentially buying the site to construct a passenger subway.
