Feilden Clegg Bradley reveals new postal archive plans

Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios has come up with new plans - on a new site - for the British Postal Museum and Archive (BPMA)

The practice had previously drawn up proposals for an £18 million scheme at the Grade II* ‘At Risk’ former Great Western Railway Chain Testing Work in Swindon (see AJ 30.08.10).

Now the museum, which will provide access to the BPMA’s collection of the former National Postal Museum and the Royal Mail Archive, will be built at the Royal Mail’s Mount Pleasant site in central London and includes the refurbishment of the existing Calthorpe House building.
