Farrell unveils future of Kent

Terry Farrell has released details of a 20-year plan to bring new homes and a lower Thames crossing to Kent

The report called 21 Century Kent sets out a vision for Kent as a highly connected ‘front door’ to the UK.

Farrell’s masterplan includes building 10,000 new homes in Ebbsfleet and over the next 20 years doubling the population of Ashford to 110,000.

A new lower Thames crossing linking to Essex and improvements to Kent International Airport will build on the success of the new high speed rail link in delivering a Kentish super-hub.

Terry Farrell said: ‘21st Century Kent paints a portrait of a county that we are proud to hand over to future generations.’
