Eric Parry lands White City masterplanning job

Eric Parry Architects has been appointed to masterplan a four hectare former Dairy Crest site in White City, west London

The practice was appointed by developers Helical Bar and Aviva Investors.

The decision follows the mayor of London’s publication of a White City Opportunity Area Planning Framework.

The mixed-use scheme will feature 1,5000 new homes with up to 186,000m² of development space.

Nick Jackson, director at Eric Parry Architects said: ‘We are delighted to have been appointed for this very interesting and challenging masterplan.  It reaffirms our commitment to designing at a range of scales and is a very exciting project for us.
