Edgley bags planning for Eashing House

[First look] Edgley Design has landed planning for this £500,000 project to extend, refurbish and ‘upcycle’ a 1960s bungalow in Guildford

Starting on site in June, the existing structure will be insulated and clad in stainless steel to create a ‘shimmering, colourful envelope’.

New overhangs will be created to ‘accentuate’ the existing building’s form while two roofs will be replaced and a conservatory demolished.
