Doors open at DSDHA’s flagship store for Bosideng

DSDHA’s flagship store for Chinese retailer Bosideng opened last week in London’s West End

The six-storey, £30 million building on the corner of South Molton Street was awarded planning permission and conservation area consent by Westminster Council in March 2009.

Designed by DSDHA and delivered by Sheffield-based architects Ward McHugh Associates and construction company Mclaren, the mixed-use building houses the first European headquarters of the menswear label.

DSDHA said: ‘Our design responds to its unique Mayfair position and proximity to the historic route of the buried River Tyburn.’

Westminster Council said the building would ‘undoubtedly add further style and elegance to one of the most fashionable streets in London’.
