Devereux unveils £20m beach hotel

[FIRST LOOK + PLANS + PROJECT DATA] Devereux Architects has revealed this 76-bedroom ‘boutique’ hotel for Roffey Homes in Worthing, Sussex

The 13,600m² scheme includes a bar and restaurant with an adjacent block of 49 luxury apartments and landscape courtyard.

The two buildings will share a health-club and basement car park.

The conservation area proposal has been submitted for planning.

    the south coast is so understated, we have a weekend house just along the coast and the sun is always shining there even when 10 miles inland its cloudy.
