Design ACB reveals Caxton Avenue scheme

[FIRST LOOK + PLANS + PROJECT DATA] Design ACB Architects has revealed images of its three-unit residential scheme at Southampton, Hampshire

The £300,000 scheme is ‘rooted’ in the ‘twin pitch’ elevations typical of Caxton Avenue housing. The highly insulated roof sits upon a heavy masonry plinth.

The project includes two three-bedroom apartments and one two-bedroom apartment. The living spaces feature full height glazing.

Planning officers are expected to reach a decision on the project by the end of the month.
