CW-A bags planning for Holborn office-to-home revamp

  • Comment

Work has started on Cousins Wojciechowski Architects (CW-A) recently approved office-to-homes conversion of a Grade II-listed building in Holborn, central London

According to practice co-founder Marek Wojciechowski, the 15 flat, £3 million scheme was narrowly voted through 6-3 by Camden Council’s planning committee ‘following intense debate’ due to its closeness to another residential building.

The project for GFZ Developments includes ‘significant remodelling of the rear façade and courtyard’.
