Conran shortlisted for Maidstone competition

Conran & Partners is among five firms shortlisted in the Maidstone High Street open design competition

Maidstone Borough Council has invited five firms to submit designs for a £4 million public realm improvement project. Up against Conran & Partners in the RIBA-organised competition are: Douglas and King Architects, Letts Wheeler Architects, Terence O’Rourke and Townshend Landscape Architects.

The firms have been invited to take on board feedback and refine their design proposals, which will be on public display in Maidstone from 27 April-5 May.

The teams will present their design proposals in mid May.
