Chipperfield bags planning for revised Kensington housing scheme

[First look] David Chipperfield Architects has won planning permission for alterations to its De Vere Gardens luxury housing scheme in Kensington, London

The project which faces Kensington Gardens and started on site in July 2010 has been approved for ‘minor material amendments’ by the local council.

Changes to the 97-apartment scheme include internal reorganisation and alterations to elevation designs.

Set in the De Vere Gardens Conservation Area, the scheme is expected to complete in early 2014.
