Chetwoods creates Clerkenwell bar for festival
Chetwoods Architects has created a bar at a disused London petrol station to celebrate the launch of Inside World Festival of Interiors
Part of Clerkenwell Design Week, the venue will be officially opened tomorrow night (Tuesday 24 May) with a launch party from 6pm to 10pm.
Dubbed ‘Step Inside Bar’, the project is an ‘exploded room’ where ‘design anarchy flips convention on its head and chaos rules’ according to organisers.
Drinkers are invited to prop up the Giles Miller Studio-designed bar and marvel at surfaces made by Materials Lab and Cosentino.

Comprehensive information about the Inside World Festival of Interiors, which takes place in Barcelona from 2-3 November, plus exclusive 25 per cent discounts on award entries will also be available.
