Bellis Cooley submits mixed-use St Pancras plans

Bellis Cooley Architects has submitted a planning application for this 564-unit student accommodation building and timber yard in St Pancras, London

Working with planning consultants CGMS, the practice has designed a ‘state of the art’ facility for Travis Perkins, the builders merchants, which is incorporated into a residential building.

A statement from the practice explained: ‘The proposals will allow Travis Perkins to improve their existing operations on the site and will also bring a fresh boost to the local economy by introducing high quality student housing by the country’s largest and most experienced provider.’

Plans were submitted to Camden Council.
