Associated Architects submits UCB plans

[First look + plans] Associated Architects have submitted a planning application for a new University College Birmingham building in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter

The 7,200m², phase one building boasts four levels of accommodation and will house social learning space, café, teaching rooms, lecture theatres and collaborative space.

The building is BREEAM excellent.
