Assael reveals £100m mixed-use regeneration in Lowestoft

Assael has revealed these proposals for a 850-home, £100 million mixed-use project on a brownfield site by lake Lothing in Lowestoft, Suffolk

The 83,000m² project features ‘Dutch-inspired’, flood-proof homes built on 3m-tall stilts as well as a marina, yacht club, primary school and public square.

The scheme is the first to come forward in the area’s Sustainable Urban Neighbourhood, which forms part of the regeneration of Lowestoft and East Lothing District.
