Amin Taha submits plans for 'column-free' Clerkenwell office

Amin Taha Architects has submitted plans for this 1,945m² office and residential scheme opposite St James church, Clerkenwell

The £3.5 million project replaces an existing commercial block and features a steel plate ‘exoskeleton superstructure, gently varying in plan, section and thickness’.

Practice founder Amin Taha added: ‘The structure allows a column free plan flexible for office andresidential uses and future changes in layout.
