ACA seeks architects' input for fee survey

The Association of Consultant Architects (ACA) has called on architects to submit data to its new fees survey which is based on the hours taken to resource a job

This week the ACA published its preliminary findings indicating that architects continue to under-charge for their services, especially on projects with a total build cost of less than £250,000.

The preliminary study was based on 115 projects but the organisation plans to issue a revised graph once data from 1,000 projects is received and has called on architects to submit more data.

The survey form asks for project description, cost and the number of hours taken to deliver the scheme.
