3DReid and Muse land huge Hampshire project

3DReid and developer Muse has won the £200 million project to redevelop five parcels of land in Basingstoke town centre

The scheme, dubbed Basing View, will create 55,000m² of offices and overhaul the mainly 1970s and 1980s building stock around the Hampshire town.

The joint Muse/3DReid proposal beat competition from bids including John Laing Investments and MAKE Architects.

Mark Anders, director at 3DReid said: ‘We are delighted to be working with Muse and Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council, playing an integral part in such a significant regeneration project.’
