Stiff & Trevillion bags double Westminster planning win

Stiff & Trevillion has won planning permission for two office-to-residential conversion projects in Westminster, London

Westminster City Council’s planning committee approved the schemes, both for rising star property developer Alchemi, on Tuesday (16 April) evening this week.

Stiff & Trevillion’s 55 Victoria Street scheme creates 54 apartments within a former NatWest bank. The £35 million project is expected to complete in 2015.

Over in Notting Hill, the studio’s overhaul of Westbourne House will create 20 apartments in a 3,250m² former office building . The £9 million scheme is also planned to finish in 2015.

Commenting on Westbourne House Alchemi Group managing director Charlie Baxter said: ‘I am delighted we have achieved planning consent for this exciting opportunity and I look forward to the improved building making a positive contribution to the area.’
