AAVA tries again with Deptford revival

[FIRST LOOK + PLANS] Emerging young London practice AAVA is to resubmit plans for the £4 million redevelopment of a rundown site next to Deptford Bridge Station in south-east London

The scheme includes a seven-storey commercial and residential tower housing a mix of two and three bedroom family units. The revised project includes the retention and refurbishment of a trio of three storey terraced houses..

A previous, larger design for the plot was withdrawn due to the site’s inclusion in the Ashburnham Conservation Area.
