Short description of the contract:
Citywest Homes Limited is the Arms Length Management Organisation for Westminster City Council. In pursuance of both organisations' housing functions, Citywest Homes is procuring the framework agreements that are the subject of this notice on behalf of itself, Westminster City Council and the other entities described in Section V1.3. All potential clients will operate in London. Citywest Homes is seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced and qualified consultants in order to establish a series of framework agreements for the following consultant disciplines: architectural services, quantity surveying, building surveying, structural engineering, project management services and mechanical and electrical (HV & E) engineering. The services under the framework agreement will cover professional services required in relation to the building of additional social housing (under the UK government's community build programme) and major works to existing housing stock. The works envisaged shall encompass both new-build and refurbishment. Citywest Homes, the City Council and the other entities listed in section VI.3 of this notice may also use the framework agreement to procure professional services for other projects across the London area. The framework agreements entered into will be for a duration of 4 years from the date of the consultants' appointment to the framework agreements. Consultants should note that call-offs under the framework agreements may extend beyond this point.

Quantity Or Scope Of The Contract
The duration of the framework agreement will be for a maximum of 4 years, with call-offs likely to last beyond that time-frame. The capital value of the first phase of the new build and refurbishment programme to be undertaken is approximately £130 million GBP. It is anticipated that the overall capital value of the Citywest Homes and Westminster City Council projects to which the proposed professional services relate to is in the region of £200,000,000 GBP. This figure is an indicative figure only. Economic operators should be aware that the other entities listed in VI.3 may use the framework agreement for additional projects. The actual value of the individual framework agreements will be dependent on the nature of the services to be performed by the relevant disciplines and the percentage fees provided by the Consultants to support the projects to be undertaken.
