The lucky architect will consult with stakeholders and explore social enterprise, revenue generation and long-term business plans, producing proposals up to RIBA Stage C/D.

We are looking to commission a feasibility study for our refurbishment project. The feasibility study will take 3-4 months to produce plans to RIBA Stage C/D, which will include extensive consultation and collaboration with various stakeholders and professionals exploring social enterprise, revenue generation and long-term business planning for the Winch. The refurbishment project budget is as yet unsecured and may range between £700k-3.5m, with the feasibility study expected to be a central component in our fundraising literature.
