Professional services, from RIBA Stage A to Stage L, relating to works arising from implementation of a master plan for the National Theatre, London. 1. Architect led design team (with Structural Engineer, Services Engineer, Theatre Consultant and Acoustician) as part of a proposed team but selected and appointed separately 2. Project Manager 3. Quantity Surveyor + CDM Coordinator Construction work may be carried out under more than one building contract. Works to be completed by 2014.
