DESCRIPTION
This comission is a one stop appointment to procure the services of Architectural Practice to develop the design and project mamange the extension / re-modelling to Baylis Court Secondary School. The scheme will involve the Architect to lead a multi-discipline design team in accordance RIBA work stages A-L.
