Short description of the contract:
Edinburgh International Conference Centre Ltd (EICC), a wholly owned company of the City of Edinburgh Council wish to appoint an organisation to take responsibility for the provision of multi-discipline design and technical consultancy services for the Additional Function Space Facility and office project. The appointed team will be expected to have recent experience of major construction projects with a demonstrable record of success.

The Additional Function Space (AFS) and office project is primarily an underground extension linked to the existing Conference Centre with a Grade A office block of approximately 17 500 m² and small retail element above. Estimated construction costs are in excess of 80 000 000 GBP.
