Grantham College

Grantham College wishes to invite expressions of interest from suitably qualified individual companies, or a consortium, offering the range of design team services including Architectural design, Structural Engineering and M&E Building Services Engineering.

The College is currently evaluating the results of a feasibility study, completed in February 2008, and it is currently envisaged that the College will relocate to a new site within the Grantham area. However, the College is also reviewing the redevelopment potential of other alternative sites within the Grantham area and the appointed design team may be requested to undertake additional feasibility study work for any shortlisted alternative sites prior to commencing detailed design for the selected development option.

In general, therefore, the Design Team will be developing a scheme from the end of RIBA Stage B through to completion. However, the College reserves the right to postpone or cancel progression of this design work if Capital Funding support is delayed or withdrawn.

Please note that the College will only appoint a company or consortium offering Architectural, Structural Engineering and M&E building services engineering consultant services the College will not appoint individual practices.
