Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Trust is planning to undertake a construction project entailing the demolition of existing outdated buildings and the construction of a new Older Persons Mental Health Inpatient Facility on a local site. In order to achieve the successful outcome of this scheme, the Trust intends appointing individual professional design team members (Architectural, Building Services Design Consultants, Quantity Surveying/Cost Control, Structural Engineering, CDM Co-ordinator).
