Short description:
Two stage open competition seeking architect-led design teams with ideas and inspiration for the 'Home Zone' a 3.39 hectare site in the Tees Valley, on the eastern edge of Stockton town centre. The competition is being organised by the RIBA on behalf of Northshore Development Partnership (aka Urban Splash and Muse Developments). The brief seeks designs that will contribute to a 'neighbourhood with character not differentiation'.
