Design, project management and health and safety services for the extension, refurbishment and redevelopment of the airport terminal building. The airport wishes to appoint a single organisation to undertake architectural design; civil/structural engineering design; building engineering services design; quantity surveying; CDM coordinator services and project management services for the design of an extension to the terminal building and the refurbishment and reconfiguration of the existing terminal. It is anticipated that other specialist consultants including, but not limited to, planning, highways and traffic, environmental and ecological consultants will be appointed separately. Those organisations who wish to be considered should submit an expression of interest requesting a copy of the pre-qualification questionnaire and including the required fee.
