Rosslyn Chapel Trust requires a multi-disciplinary design team to develop and implement a scheme of conservation and access improvements to Rosslyn Chapel.
This work will include comprehensive conservation of the Chapel, the construction of an enlarged visitor facility, temporary visitor facilities and the associated infrastructure including plant, access road, and landscaping. It is expected that the successful services provider will be required to provide the following services: Architectural (including conservation), structural engineering, mechanical and electrical, lighting design, interpretation and exhibition design, advise on compliance with the disability Discrimination Act and contract administration. The successful services provider will be required to take on the responsibility for taking the existing design proposals from RIBA Stage E through to completion of the RIBA plan of work.
