Cartwright Pickard Architects has won planning permission for a £12 million mixed-use scheme

Cartwright Pickard Architects has won planning permission for this £12 million mixed-use hotel, retail and leisure scheme in the heart of Doncaster, South Yorkshire.

The six-storey development for the Tulip Inn hotelier group will house 118 bedrooms and will become the first new hotel to be built in the town for more than 40 years.
